Do you want to work as a Metrology Technician in a fast-paced, agile, and decisive organization where quality, technology, and collaboration are at the core? Do you thrive on responsibility, variety, and short decision-making processes? Then this might be the role for you.

About the Role

As a Metrology Technician with us, you will be a key person in our production. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering in an organization where ideas are quickly turned into action – without unnecessary hierarchies or long lead times.

You will primarily work with ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM) in a two-shift operation, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards from the first component to the finished product.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and verify components using ZEISS CMM
  • Create, optimize, and maintain measurement programs
  • Interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T)
  • Analyze measurement results and support production in case of deviations
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to measurement methods, fixtures, and processes
  • Work closely with production and quality teams – we solve problems together

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in metrology within a manufacturing environment
  • Has worked with ZEISS measuring machines (Calypso or equivalent)
  • Has strong skills in reading technical drawings and understanding tolerances
  • Is solution-oriented, detail-focused, and communicative
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a high pace and fast decision-making
  • Is comfortable working in a two-shift schedule

Meriting Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of technical drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T)
  • Experience in measurement strategies and selecting appropriate measurement methods
  • Knowledge of form and position measurement as well as functional requirements
  • Experience working closely with production during ramp-up, changes, or deviation handling
  • Familiarity with fixtures and measurement-related tooling

We Offer

  • A fast-moving organization with short decision paths
  • Modern measurement equipment and cutting-edge technology
  • Opportunities to influence workflows and development
  • An open, non-hierarchical, and collaborative work environment

Do you want to be part of a company where quality truly matters – and where things actually happen fast? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
